about
A Messiah travels to the highest point of a mountain to grow closer to the Sun in a quest to find more understanding of the world he lives in. As he reaches the top he feels a deafening silence consume the earth. All life ceased to exist, not a single sound made. Raising his head high to the heavens, he sees a bizarre dark circle blotting out the Sun. It is the Moon, and what he sees is an eclipse.
The Messiah enters a state of deep meditation, as his mind ascends to the sphere of light that illuminates his very existence. Suddenly, the righteous Sun, in all it's omnipotent strength, casts the Messiah's mind into the Infinite in an explosive combustion of insight and knowledge.
As the Earth and all the organisms living in it wait for the return of the Sun's full grace, the Messiah wanders the universe, his soul swimming endlessly in the vast and deep sea of information, thought, and perception we live in. It is in these enlightening experiences that the Messiah grows closer not just to the home to his body, the Sun, but to the home of our being: The Cosmos.
lyrics
A flower lays in the dark,
waiting for the sun to come.
And dogs bark
in a desert at the top of a mountain.
I love the sun;
Keeping us warm from morning to dawn.
Making us happy,
keeping us safe all the way from space.
You spend most of your life trying to open a door
that you later realize will always be closed,
now the sun is setting on your world,
and you've got to wait for the sun to return.
Waiting for the sun to come.
